I primarily entered the lettings market in 1968 dealing with a mixed portfolio of flats and houses, which were mainly unfurnished with long term occupants. This enabled me to learn some of the legal aspects of management at that time. Subsequently, I entered the lettings market professionally as a property manager and over a period of eight years built a substantial portfolio dealing with client's properties.
