L Rossano Property Management has been establish in 1993 primarily to let houses to the Bournemouth Student population. All our tenants are student from either the AIB - Arts Institute of Bournemout or the Bournemouth University. Most of our houses are in Winton which is less than a 10 minute walk to both the University and the Arts Institute. They are also very central to the Winton shops.

We have houses for groups of 4, 5, 6 or 7 students. All our houses are let as one single unit on one lease.

Unlike other landlords, we do not require a security deposit.
