Job description: 1. Planning, coordinating and supervising activities for the implementation of strategic marketing programs and expansion programs;
2. Implementing and conduct competitive marketing strategies and innovative marketing programmes to grow the business (and Business Owner Base and VIP Shopper base) across UK.
3. Providing market reports on competition, trends, market demand, consumer buying behaviour and generates strategic actions such as product development, brand building and business development.
4. Regular correspondences and sharing of information with the Regional Manager to discuss activities, challenges and strategy.
5. Providing overall direction and day to day management of the local business with the objective of maximizing company revenue and profits.
6. Liasing with corporate HQ in the development and implementation of corporate plans and strategic initiatives of the group.
7. Effectively managing all operational matters and cost effectiveness measures necessary to achieve business growth and profitability.
8. Finding suitable locations to aggressively build and drive growth of the business in UK.
9. Ensuring the application of best practices and the compliance of statutory, regulations in accordance to relevant laws in the UK.
10. Configuring marketing and compensation plans to suit UK law and market.
11. To undertake any assignments given by the HQ from time to time.
Duties & Responsibilities: To run the day to day business operation and ensure that the profitability of the company is achieved.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: 1. Experience in MLM / retail - prospecting, presentation and motivating Business Owners and Prospects.
2. Sales experience is an added advantage
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Maturity and resourcefulness with strong leadership qualities and integrity
5. Responsible, self-motivated, results oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
6. Tactical thinker with strong business drive.
